The name of the Bidding Project is Radios Procurement; the Tenderee is Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Tian Hong REC Silicon Materials Co., Ltd.; the capital of the Bidding Project is self-financed and the proportion of capital contribution is 100%. Whereas the bidding conditions for this Project has been met, it is now to hold the opening bidding for the safety acceptance and evaluation services of Radios Procurement is now carried out.

2.3 招标范围：防爆集群对讲机29台、防爆集群对讲机备用电池8块。防爆对讲机需接入招标人现有的海能达DS-6211专业小集群基站，与现有对讲机兼容对接、无障碍通讯；防爆对讲机的使用审批备案（如需）。
Scope of bidding: Explosion-proof clustering radios 29sets, standby batteries 8sets. All the explosion-proof radios need to connect to the tenderee's existing Hytera DS -6211 professional small cluster base station and they need to be compatible with the existing radios and can reach to barrier-free communication. The use of explosion-proof radio is recorded (if needed).
2.4交货地点：陕西省榆林市榆佳工业园区
Delivery location: Yujia Industrial Park, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province
2.5交货期：合同签订后60日（日历日）
Delivery date: Within 60 days (calendar day) after the conclusion of the Contract.
3.投标人资格要求
Bidder’s Qualification Requirements:
3.1在中国境内注册、有独立法人资格、独立承担民事责任能力的企事业单位；
The bidder has established enterprises that must be registered in China, have independent legal personality；
3.2投标人的法定代表人为同一个人的两个及两个以上法人，母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司，以及其他形式有资产关联关系的投标申请人，都不得在同一招标项目中同时提出投标申请；
If the Bidder's legal representative takes charge of two or more companies, the parent company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries or holding company, or companies with asset correlation in any form, he shall not submit bidding applications in the same bidding project as bidding applicants at the same time；
3.3投标人如为代理商，需提供制造商的授权书 [如果提供总代理或分销商的授权，应同时提供制造商对总代理或分销商的授权文件（加盖投标人公章的复印件）]；
If the bidder also acts as an agent, shall provide the manufacturer’s authorization (If general agent or dealer authorization is provided, the manufacturer authorization letter to general agent or dealer shall also be provided. Note: together with copy file with bidder stamp).
3.4本项目不接受联合体投标。
Consortium bids are not accepted for this Project.

Those who intend to bid, please login the website of China Power Bid joint Bidding procurement platform (http://www.365trade.com.cn) from 04/17(MM/DD), 2018, at 8:30am to 04/24(MM/DD), 2018, at 16:30pm (Beijing time), and register at such website, and purchase and download the e-bidding documents from the website. (If the bidders need the paper bidding documents, the bidders can obtain it from the Bidding Agency at the time of bid opening.) (Note: the bid purchasers shall consider the time and cost required to complete the online registration and qualification audit, and ensures to successfully purchase and download the Bidding Document before the deadline of sales of the Bidding Document)

4.2 招标文件每套售价500元，售后不退；下载费50元（平台公司出具发票）。
The Bidding Document is sold at RMB 500 for each set, and is non-refundable after sale; the downloading fee is RMB 50 (the platform company will issue an invoice).
5.投标文件的递交
Submission of Bid Documents
5.1投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2018年05月11日09:30时，地点为西安市南二环西段58号成长大厦10层会议室。
The deadline for submission of Bid Documents (deadline for submission of bids, the same below) is 05/11(MM/DD), 2018, at 09:30 am, and the place is at the meeting room on the 10th floor of Chengzhang Building, No. 58 West Section of South Second Ring Road, Xi'an City.
5.2逾期送达的、未送达指定地点的或者不按照招标文件要求密封的投标文件，招标人将予以拒收。
Bid Documents will be rejected by the Tenderee if delivered overdue, delivered to the wrong place or delivered unsealed as required in the Bidding Document.
5.3开标时间同投标截止时间，开标地点同投标文件递交地点。
The bid opening time is the deadline for submission of bids; the bid is opened at the submission place of Bid Documents.
6.发布公告的媒介
